This nine building residential condominium and apartment community will provide 216 market rate housing units in its growing South County context. With forms derived from traditional New England vernacular architecture, this development reuses an under-utilized site of a defunct drive-in movie theater. An adjacent parcel is zoned for commercial use, in an effort to provide amenities for the community within walking distance, in the spirit of New Urbanist planning principles.
