Kaiser Mill

The Kaiser Mill project involved the renovation and reuse of fifteen buildings at a former mill complex. Three distinct projects utilized these former mill buildings for warehousing and assembly, professional office space, elderly housing and assisted living facilities. Coordination with the industrial park manager, the Town of Bristol, a community development group and an imports company; achieved a successful mixed use project targeting a blighted sight for redevelopment.  National Historic Tax Credits along with RI Mill Rehabilitation Tax Credits were utilized, in order to make these projects feasible.
