This National Historic Tax Credit and RI Mill Rehabilitation Tax Credit project included the renovation of three connecting vacant mill buildings for the East Bay offices of the Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families. These derelict buildings, located in the Bristol-Warren Enterprise Zone, were targeted for community enhancement and job creation. Architectural services ranged from a feasibility study and documentation of existing conditions to space planning, public hearings, structural engineering, construction documents, and processing of historic tax credits documentation.
