Prior to beginning a capital campaign and long range planning, Christ Church retained our firm to prepare a conditions survey report addressing both deferred maintenance and functional issues. Following a presentation to the congregation, we have begun the first phase of work addressing priority issues including structural repairs to the bellower, masonry repairs, and stained glass window restoration, including LaFarge opalescent glass windows. Once fundraising gets underway, the loft area of the parish house will be reclaimed for use as a youth center. Various life safety and code issues will be addressed.
