This suburban medical center includes two existing medical office buildings along with a third newly constructed facility to address expanding services. A master plan included a landscaped site plan with additional parking in addition to altered traffic circulation and a new entrance. The existing medical office building will receive a face lift to match the new building in accordance with approvals from the Portsmouth Town Center Architectural Review Board.
